The My Reading Room project is designed to create a welcoming and community-oriented space that promotes reading, learning, and socialization. The overarching theme is to establish an atmosphere that feels like a home away from home. Flexibility is key to the space, allowing for easy furniture and fixture reconfiguration to suit varying needs and activities.

To craft an atmosphere that invites visitors to linger, the reading room features warm colors, gentle lighting, and natural materials like wood and textiles that imbue the space with a comfortable coziness. Additionally, the design incorporates natural elements, such as plants and greenery, ample natural light, and generous windows, that promote a tranquil and calming environment, fostering a sense of well-being within the space.

The floor-to-ceiling bookcase with a mirrored ceiling is a key design feature in the reading room, creating a visually stunning and inspiring environment.  The bookcase serves a dual purpose, providing ample storage space for books and materials while also creating a beautiful and functional architectural feature. The mirror ceiling creates the illusion of infinity, adding grandeur and elegance while unifying the different spaces within the room ,but also enhances the overall experience of being surrounded by books, creating a feeling of being immersed in knowledge.

The reading room includes a dedicated work zone designed to promote focus and productivity, with ample power outlets, workstations, and comfortable chairs. The space is carefully designed to cater to the community's diverse needs and interests, creating a warm and welcoming environment that encourages lifelong learning, personal growth, and community interaction.
