The "My Living Room" project is a forward-thinking initiative aimed at establishing a central gathering space in a prominent Shanghai-based shopping center. The design concept is intended to enhance the overall shopping experience by providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for visitors, ultimately contributing to increased foot traffic and patronage of the mall's food and beverage establishments.
Created by ESNA & CO, the space takes inspiration from a hotel lobby to create a beautiful and inviting space. Primarily designed around the customer service desk, with the idea of creating a central hub where shoppers can gather, meet with friends and family, or s The design focuses on creating a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing layout, which encourages shoppers to stay longer in the mall. This approach is aimed at driving business to the food and beverage establishments within the mall.
The design of the living room includes carefully selected furniture and accessories that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The space features comfortable seating, ambient lighting, and decorative elements that add to the overall ambiance. The design also includes elements that encourage interaction, such as group seating areas, and spaces for small meetings.
