Project no.11
Lamy 4th Generation

Project Type  Commercial Interior Design
Shanghai

Lamy, the German pen manufacturer known for its designer writing instruments, has partnered with ESNA & CO for over a decade. Together, they create interactive concept stores that offer a diverse range of products to people from various creative disciplines. Blending elegance with functionality, ESNA & CO designs engaging environments that highlight Lamy's offerings. The stores feature modular displays, playful wall displays, and a "creative experiment" corner, allowing for customization and flexibility.

The latest store design emphasizes an inviting shopping experience by removing barriers between customers and sellers. Open floor plans, sleek displays, and interactive technology foster a customer-centric approach. Mobile payment systems and roaming sales associates replace traditional checkout counters, delivering a seamless and personalized experience. The result is a community hub that fosters meaningful connections between customers and the brand.

The modular design is not only practical but also crucial for maintaining a cohesive brand identity across Lamy's 100+ stores in China. Each store can easily adapt to its unique location, size, and local market preferences while still embodying the brand's image. This flexibility enables Lamy to experiment with new concepts while upholding a consistent brand presence.
