The design of the Fila office is focused on creating a dynamic and versatile environment that encourages creativity, flexibility, and productivity. As the interior designer, the main goal was to ensure that the workspace facilitates and enhances the collaborative efforts of the company's employees, who come from diverse disciplines.

To achieve this objective, the floor is divided into three multipurpose universes, each with its unique features that cater to the diverse needs of the employees. The open spaces function as meeting rooms and game rooms, allowing for informal discussions and brainstorming sessions. These spaces are designed to encourage communication and promote the exchange of ideas.

The modular spaces with displays, whiteboards, pinboards, and tall tables are ideal for collaborative work. The design aims to provide the employees with everything they need to work efficiently and collaboratively with their team. The layout is designed to be adaptable and modular, allowing for different configurations depending on the needs of the team.
